1. Eligibility: The lucky draw is open to all registered attendees of the career fair. Employees, organisers, exhibitors, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   
   
2. Automatic Entry: All eligible attendees are automatically entered into the lucky draw upon registering for the career fair. No additional action or registration is required for entry.
   
   
3. Attendance Requirement: To qualify for the lucky draw, participants must arrive at the career fair venue at least two hours prior to the start of the event. Attendees who arrive later may not be eligible to participate.
   
   
4. Ongoing Eligibility: Participants who remain present in the event hall for three or more hours will be eligible for any subsequent lucky draws that take place during the event.
   
   
5. Prize Description: The prize include, but not limited to, an Apple Watch. The prize is predetermined by the organisers and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or any other item.
   
   
6. Non-Transferable Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other items. The prize is awarded to the selected winner only and may not be transferred to another person.
   
   
7. No Prize Collection by Representatives: Winners must collect their prizes in person. No representatives or proxies will be permitted to claim the prize on behalf of the winner.

16. Liability Waiver: The event organisers and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants or winners, whether arising directly or indirectly from participation in the draw or the acceptance or use of the prizes.
    
    
17. Disqualification: Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have engaged in fraudulent behaviour, violated these terms and conditions, or acted in a disruptive or inappropriate manner during the event.
    
    
18. Subsequent Winners: If a winner is disqualified or cannot claim their prize within the specified timeframe, a new winner may be drawn randomly from the remaining eligible participants.
    
    
19. Non-Exchangeable Prizes: All prizes are final, and no exchanges, substitutions, or cash alternatives will be offered under any circumstances.
    
    
20. Tax Obligations: Any tax liabilities arising from the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to fill out tax documentation as per applicable laws.
